Overview

FocusKPI is an AI consulting team helping companies design and build custom AI agent solutions. We're looking for a full-time Business Operations Intern to jump into the work — running outreach campaigns, following up with leads, and keeping our client relationships strong.

In Short

• Run targeted outreach campaigns to companies exploring AI adoption.
• Support client onboarding onto AI tools.
• Draft client-facing communications using AI tools.
• Own all follow-ups with clients.
• Track active AI implementation engagements.
• Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and other channels.
• Produce inbound content showcasing FocusKPI's AI work.
• Use AI tools to automate tasks across workflows.

Requirements

• Experience using AI in daily work.
• Understanding of AI agents and their applications.
• Strong written English skills.
• Organized and proactive in task management.
• Ability to move quickly and adjust to changes.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a startup environment.
• College student or recent graduate.
