In Short

• Intern position in Business Operations group for 10 weeks.
• Opportunity to help with operations, data analysis, research, and project support.
• Work cross-functionally with teams including content, marketing, sales, and finance.
• Assist in streamlining workflows for content production and distribution.
• Analyze audience engagement data from various platforms.
• Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support scheduling and coordination across teams.
• Assist in monthly revenue reporting and budget tracking.
• Internships are paid and require approximately 40 hours/week.
• This role can be fully remote or hybrid.

Requirements

• Rising senior from undergraduate or graduate school.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Media Studies, Communications, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Strong academic standing with coursework in business operations or data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
• Experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Understanding of media distribution channels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Interest in media business models and audience engagement.
