We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative who will ensure our team delivers the best service daily, creating a smooth and positive buying experience for our customers.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, ideally in an inbound call center or similar field.
• Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and proficiency with digital tools.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel (basic functions, simple analyses, and tables).
• Enjoy teamwork and have a high service standard.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to Berlin for meetings or team events.
