Overview

Join our Talent Acquisition Team at AUTO1 Group as a Recruiter (d/m/w) Active Sourcing. Your primary responsibility will be to find talent and build a strong talent pool for current and future personnel needs, especially in our core areas such as production and procurement.

In Short

• Be part of our international Talent Sourcing team and work on recruiting projects to find the best talents for AUTO1 Group.
• Develop creative ideas for direct approaches to mechanics and buyers using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Regularly try out new tools beyond classical direct approaches and proactively contact candidates by phone and in writing.
• Independently take on research projects and find innovative ways to attract and engage candidates.
• Build a strong talent pool for current and future personnel needs by establishing long-term relationships with internal and external partners.

Requirements

• Ideally, you have initial experience in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing or Research, Project Management, or Customer Service.
• You possess excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• You have a proactive nature and work solution-oriented.
• Your quick comprehension and desire to develop further and learn more about sourcing tools and techniques complete your profile.
