Product Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager (f/m/x) to join our Tech - Logistics Team, that is responsible for maintaining, enhancing and improving our logistics platform/tool in our AUTO1.com Technology Department. In this Department we disrupt the used car market using cutting-edge technology. As AUTO1.com, a fast growing brand, we are part of AUTO1 Group, Europe's leading digital automotive platform. We are revolutionizing B2B automotive retail through the simplest processes and a digital infrastructure.

In Short

• Work closely with our fully cross-functional development team, design teams, and internal stakeholders to develop software for our European-wide network of refurbishment centers.
• Understand the in-house developed refurbishment app and internal user needs to make impactful product decisions.
• Lead the full product development lifecycle from ideation to adoption.
• Drive the team’s roadmap through data-driven decisions.
• Close the gap between business and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

Requirements

• A team player with a desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in an Agile environment.
• Excellent product management skills and ability to lead an agile team.
• Strong communication skills to understand technical challenges and complex business processes.
• Ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop hypotheses.
