Product Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and collaborative Product Manager to join our dynamic team to support and drive the strategy and execution of our product roadmap. You will own key initiatives and work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions that meet the needs of our merchants, achieve product success, and drive business growth.

In Short

• Own, prioritize, and drive the product roadmap for key initiatives
• Lead product discovery by partnering with customers and cross-functional teams
• Define and own success metrics and prioritize initiatives
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams
• Manage the product development lifecycle
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Lead A/B testing to optimize product features
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
• Continuously monitor market trends and customer feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of product management experience
• Proven track record of successfully launching digital products
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies
• Broad knowledge of user research and product analytics tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-centric startup environment
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Familiarity with the Hong Kong e-commerce market is a plus
