Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with Automotive Background (d/m/w) to start in our Quality Management Team and ensure that our quality standards are maintained even after the vehicle purchase. By handling complaints, you will contribute to sustainable customer loyalty.

In Short

• Analyze and assess damages and defects on used cars based on photos, videos, or cost estimates.
• Coordinate between customers, internal departments, and external service providers as a communicative interface.
• Provide technical advice to your team and support in technical inquiries.
• Ensure a positive car buying experience for our customers with your solution-oriented approach.

Requirements

• Experience in the automotive sector, e.g., as a mechatronics technician or automotive service advisor.
• First experience in customer service and a talent for communication.
• Structured, independent work style and a team player.
• Fluent in German and proficient with Google Tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.). English skills are a plus.
• Passion for cars and willingness to learn about new topics.
