Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with an Automotive Background to join our Quality Management Team. You will ensure that our quality standards are maintained even after the vehicle purchase, handling complaints to foster sustainable customer loyalty.

• Analyze and assess damages and defects on used cars based on photos, videos, or estimates.
• Coordinate between customers, internal departments, and external service providers.
• Provide technical advice to your team and support technical inquiries.

Requirements

• Experience in the automotive sector, e.g., as a mechanic or service advisor.
• Initial experience in customer service and strong communication skills.
• Structured, independent work style and a team player.
• Fluent in German and proficient with Google Tools; English is a plus.
• Passion for cars and willingness to learn new topics.
