Project Manager - Remote in Germany (d/m/w)

Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Customer Service Team and play a crucial role in shaping our Customer Service Journey and optimizing our C2B business area across all our markets in Europe.

In Short

• Implement and optimize new and existing processes for continuous improvement of our Customer Service Journey.
• Contribute your own ideas for process optimization and solve challenges independently and collaboratively with the management team.
• Create business cases and conduct relevant data analysis and research.
• Communicate with stakeholders from various departments such as Marketing, Purchasing, Finance, and Business Analytics.
• Ensure our processes are scalable and drive the implementation of new IT features from design to successful rollout.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, whether as a team lead, CS agent, or other roles.
• Initial work experience in a dynamic, growth-oriented company, such as a startup or consulting.
• Excellent analytical skills and quick comprehension.
• Hands-on mentality and strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets) and SQL; initial knowledge of Tableau is a plus.
• Interest in relocating to Berlin after the probation period.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Knowledge of additional AUTO1 languages is a nice-to-have.
