Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Employee for Complaint Management to join our Quality Management Team, ensuring our quality standards are maintained after vehicle purchases and fostering sustainable customer loyalty through effective complaint handling.

In Short

  • Act as the point of contact for customers after vehicle purchase.
  • Handle complaints through personal conversations over the phone or via email.
  • Assess damages and defects on used cars in collaboration with our technicians.
  • Serve as a communication link between customers, internal departments, and service providers.
  • Enhance the Autohero buying experience with a solution-oriented approach.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Structured, self-responsible, and team-oriented work style.
  • Interest in cars and willingness to learn.
  • Fluent in German and proficient with Google Tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).
  • Previous experience in customer service or automotive industry is a plus.
