We are looking for you for our open position as HR Business Partner! Start in the People Business Partnership Team and be responsible for implementing our HR strategy. Together with management, you will steer strategic projects and support leaders through training and targeted coaching. Shape our organizational culture and increase the effectiveness of our AUTO1 Group Business Units. AUTO1 Group is Europe's leading digital automotive platform. In Short

• Advise stakeholders at all hierarchy levels on HR-related issues and support them in building high-performing teams.
• Build a close and trusting relationship with departments to drive topics such as organizational structure, leadership training, performance management, and employee satisfaction.
• Manage your own topics and processes from onboarding new hires to employee exits, ensuring a great employee experience.
• Handle daily tasks like structural changes, salary benchmarking, feedback, and salary increase cycles, and work on department-specific projects aligned with HR strategy.
• Elevate our HR processes and establish nationwide HR guidelines for different target groups.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar field, and practical experience in HR Business Partnering or Consulting, preferably in an international startup environment.
• Solid knowledge of German labor law combined with a coaching mindset.
• Excellent time and project management skills with multitasking ability, a can-do mentality, and a very structured way of working.
• Proactive and solution-oriented personality with the confidence and skills to communicate at the senior management level.
• Excellent language skills in German (minimum level C2) and English (minimum level C1).
• 100% remote nationwide in Germany! No matter where you live in Germany, work full-time from home.
