Overview

We are looking for you for our open position as a Business Support Agent B2B! As a Business Support Agent B2B, you will be in daily contact with our existing business customers from AUTO1.com and serve as a competent contact person for their questions and concerns.

In Short

• Handle incoming inquiries from our business customers at AUTO1.com.
• Engage in a diverse range of telephone and written support for our business clients.
• Manage inquiries related to logistics, document dispatch, and complaints for dealers within our internal teams.
• Ensure communication with internal colleagues and departments regarding customer inquiries.
• Carefully manage our lists, tables, and data.
• First experience in customer service, knowledge of a ticketing system is desirable.
• High motivation, as well as a team-oriented, structured, and careful working style.
• Good communication skills, active listening skills, and a reliable working style are beneficial as a customer advisor.
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form and a good command of Google Tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).
• Interest in the automotive sector is a plus.
• In Berlin and Brandenburg, you will work in a hybrid model; in all other regions, we offer you the opportunity to work fully remotely.
