Overview

As a Team Lead Call Center (Sales), you will support customers with all inquiries related to car purchases and contribute to ensuring a smooth process and excellent customer experience within the Autohero Retail Department.

In Short

• Take responsibility for personnel management and team development through feedback and targeted methods.
• Analyze reports and set individual goals for your team (8-12 employees) using KPIs to motivate them.
• Work closely with other team leads in sales.
• Support your team in achieving qualitative and quantitative sales goals.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure growth by conducting interviews and onboarding new colleagues effectively.
• Passion for the automotive sector and prior leadership experience in a sales team.
• Strong leadership skills and good analytical and process-oriented abilities.
• Hands-on mentality with independent and structured work style.
• Ensure smooth operations and good team dynamics for an exceptional customer experience.
• Fluent in German and English, with proficiency in Google Tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).
