Head of Structured Finance (f/m/x) - Remote

Overview

This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the Structured Finance team at AUTO1 Group, focusing on asset-backed securitization and the development of a robust finance business in the European car space.

In Short

• Manage asset-backed securitization programs for inventory and loans.
• Oversee portfolio reporting to refinancing partners.
• Coordinate issuance of public market consumer receivables ABS transactions.
• Liaise with Investor Relations on disclosures and investor requests.
• Manage relationships with rating agencies.
• Coordinate future debt transactions with external advisors.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for operational processes.
• Assist in strategic capital planning.
• Fluency in English required; German or Italian is a plus.
• Experience in Debt Capital Markets or Structured Finance is essential.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, finance, or economics.
• Strong understanding of debt negotiation and documentation.
• Experience in ratings advisory or credit in investment banking.
• Excellent modelling skills.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL, VBA, and Redash is beneficial.
• Ability to work in international teams.
