This position as a Customer Service Representative focuses on ensuring quality standards are met after vehicle purchases, enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and feedback management.

In Short

  • You will be the point of contact for customers after vehicle purchases, handling their reviews on Trustpilot and Google through personal conversations and emails.
  • Significantly improve our service by actively gathering and analyzing customer feedback to find satisfactory solutions.
  • Provide creative and customer-oriented responses on various review platforms to ensure excellent service quality.
  • Monitor KPIs for customer satisfaction and derive quality assurance measures from feedback analysis.
  • Support the development of Autohero’s social media strategy by researching current topics, news, and trends.
  • Act as a communication link between customers, internal departments, and service providers.
  • You are a communication talent, service-oriented, and enjoy customer contact.
  • Structured, responsible, and team-oriented work style.
  • Interest in cars and willingness to learn in this field - newcomers are welcome.
  • Very good German and English skills in both spoken and written form, and proficient use of Google Tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service roles.

  • Familiarity with Google Tools.
