Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Employee for Complaint Management (d/m/w) to join our Quality Management Team and ensure that our quality standards are maintained even after the vehicle purchase. By processing complaints, you will contribute to sustainable customer loyalty.

In Short

  • You will be the point of contact for our customers after the vehicle purchase and handle complaints through personal conversations over the phone or via email.
  • Recognize and assess damages and defects on used cars while considering our quality standards and in collaboration with our automotive technicians.
  • Act as a communicative interface between our customers, internal departments, and service providers.
  • Enhance the Autohero buying experience with your solution-oriented approach and qualified handling of customer complaints.
  • You are a communication talent, service-oriented, and enjoy customer contact.
  • A structured, responsible, and team-oriented working style.
  • Interest in cars and willingness to learn new things in this area - career changers are welcome.
  • Fluent German skills and a good command of Google Tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).
  • Initial professional experience in customer service and/or experience in the automotive industry as a mechatronics technician, bodybuilder, and/or automotive service consultant is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Interest in the automotive sector.
  • Fluency in German.
  • Experience with Google Tools.
  • Experience in customer service or automotive industry is a plus.
