Customer Service Representative in 2nd Level Support - Remote in Germany (d/m/w)

Overview

We are looking for you for our open position as a Customer Service Representative (d/m/w)! Start in the Customer Service Team and ensure a first-class customer journey. You will be the first point of contact for all inquiries, from vehicle ordering to handover within our Autohero Retail Department. With your friendliness and professional commitment, you make car buying a great experience!

In Short

• Be the first contact and guide your customers from ordering to verification and vehicle handover.
• Research in close collaboration with colleagues from other departments to ensure smooth delivery of our vehicles.
• Keep an overview of upcoming tasks and set priorities within the team.
• Help customers receive their new car as quickly as possible - with our unique glass truck delivered right to their doorstep!
• Have initial experience in private customer support, enjoy calling & chatting, and have a passion for customer service.
• Possess excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and set priorities.
• Team player, hands-on mentality, and quick comprehension are your strengths.
• Fluent in German, with English skills being an advantage, and proficient in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).
• Proficient in touch typing and have several years of experience working from home is a plus.
