Overview

As Senior Manager of Patient Engagement Operations, you will help execute on the strategic vision of Author Health’s centralized outreach and engagement strategies, driving patient enrollment and satisfaction across new and existing markets.

In Short

• Plan, manage, and monitor the day-to-day operations of the call center.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and optimize performance.
• Recruit, train, and mentor call center staff.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 5-10+ years of healthcare and/or sales leadership experience.
• Proven success in call center leadership and patient engagement.
• Experience leading centralized and remote teams.
• Track record of building operations functions.
• Expertise in managing key operations metrics and budgets.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Passion for improving patient outcomes.
