Overview

As the Demand Generation Strategist, you’ll play a pivotal role on the Marketing team, owning programs that fuel the sales pipeline and drive business growth.

In Short

• Own and execute the demand generation strategy to deliver measurable pipeline growth.
• Develop and launch integrated campaigns using inbound, paid, organic, and ABM strategies.
• Partner with Sales leadership and RevOps to set quarterly pipeline targets.
• Create and manage paid media campaigns with clear attribution to sourced and influenced pipeline.
• Drive web strategy and optimize WordPress for conversion and SEO.
• Optimize the marketing tech stack for automation and reporting.
• Lead nurture workflows and email campaign strategies.
• Partner with Product and Content Marketing for compelling messaging.
• Report on campaign performance and recommend adjustments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in SaaS.
• Proven track record of building and executing campaigns that generate multi-million-dollar pipelines.
• Experience collaborating with Sales on messaging and campaign management.
• Hands-on expertise in marketing automation platforms, paid ad platforms, and design programs.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret funnel metrics.
• Proven ability to optimize WordPress websites for conversions.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
