Senior Policy Consultant - Remote

Overview

Aurrera Health Group is a mission-driven national health policy, strategy, and operations consulting firm with deep expertise designing and administering public programs, including Medicaid, Medicare, behavioral health, trauma-informed care, and other safety net programs.

In Short

• Lead in-depth policy research and produce thorough deliverables.
• Conduct project management in the context of policy and program implementation.
• Manage multiple project tasks, ensuring deadlines and quality standards.
• Conduct data analysis to solve problems using standard data science principles.
• Develop data-driven slide decks and reports, public-facing dashboards, and other written materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s + 6 years, Master’s + 4, JD + 3, or PhD + 3 (health policy or related).
• Strong project management, policy analysis, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate proactively and handle complex client needs.
• Strong proficiency in R and/or R Studio and REDCap, or Power BI.
• Working knowledge of at least one additional analysis tool (e.g., STATA, SAS, SQL, Tableau) and Qualtrics.
