Senior Policy Consultant, Data Analysis - Remote

Aurrera Health Group is a mission-driven national health policy, strategy, and operations consulting firm with deep expertise designing and administering public programs, including Medicaid, Medicare, behavioral health, trauma-informed care, and other safety net programs.

In Short

• Lead data evaluation activities for behavioral health and Medicaid initiatives
• Analyze and visualize data using R/RStudio and Power/Power BI
• Manage data and survey platforms (REDCap, Qualtrics) and large datasets
• Provide technical assistance to stakeholders for state and federal data reporting
• Contribute to reports, memos, data dashboards, and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s + 6 years, Master’s + 4 years, JD + 3 years, or PhD + 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in R/RStudio, Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft Suite
• Ability to solve problems using standard data science principles, procedures, and techniques
• Experience managing and analyzing large datasets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to apply data in a policy context
