In Short

  • Oversee dynamic client projects and stakeholder engagements to support state policy for dual eligible individuals and long-term services and supports.
  • Maintain high-quality work products with minimal supervision.
  • Participate in business development, including networking and proposal support.
  • Work with a mission-driven firm focused on health policy solutions.
  • Engage in stakeholder engagement and coalition-building.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to clients.
  • Shape policy reforms at local, state, and federal levels.
  • Lead teams and delegate effectively.
  • Work aligned with peak Central and/or Eastern time zone hours.
  • Support a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s + 8 years, Master’s + 6, JD + 5, or PhD + 4 in relevant fields.
  • Proven organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong client relationship experience.
  • Knowledge of programs and policy impacting dual eligible individuals.
  • Ability to lead teams and delegate effectively.
  • Ability to work hours aligned with peak business hours.
