Requirements

• Bachelor’s + 10 years, or Master’s + 8 years, or JD + 7 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in behavioral health policy.
• Proven experience in crisis systems, like 988 lifeline implementation.
• Experience with federal grant program design and implementation.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage teams and lead complex projects.
• Experience in consulting or advisory environments.
• Flexibility to work across teams and subject areas.
• Willingness to work hours aligned with Pacific or Mountain time.
