Overview

Aurrera Health Group is seeking a Principal for Medicaid Policy & Programs to lead client-facing projects and manage a consulting team, focusing on Medicare-Medicaid integration and managed care policy development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 12 years of related experience.
  • Master's degree preferred with 10 years of experience.
  • Experience in Medicare-Medicaid integration or managed care policy.

  • Ability to synthesize complex policy information.

  • Experience working with government agencies or managed care plans.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to adapt to changing landscapes in health policy.
  • Experience supporting dual eligible populations in California is a plus.
