In Short

• Develop and manage dashboards, KPIs, and reporting that track acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue performance.
• Analyze key drivers of growth and partner with stakeholders to translate insights into action.
• Translate company-level objectives into operational plans, and track progress against them.
• Monitor performance across Direct-to-Consumer and Partner channels, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Support annual and quarterly GTM planning cycles, ensuring alignment of goals, resources, and priorities across teams.
• Contribute to resource allocation and prioritization discussions with clear data-backed recommendations.
• Identify bottlenecks and help implement improvements to processes and workflows.
• Lead execution of cross-functional initiatives (e.g., launches, channel pilots, special projects).
• Ensure alignment, clear ownership, and timely delivery across stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor a small team of analysts and operations managers.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in strategy consulting, business operations, or sales operations in a high-growth consumer or SaaS environment.
• Expert in Tableau, proficiency with SQL.
• Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze data, derive key insights and diagnose business issues.
• Ability to think strategically, but also have exceptional attention to detail to drive program management and execution of strategy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
