Overview

AuditBoard is seeking an experienced Compliance Analyst to enhance the strategic pillars of a security compliance program and facilitate day-to-day compliance operations.

In Short

• Maintain and evolve the compliance program framework.
• Facilitate and perform 2nd Line of Defense control testing.
• Consult with cross-functional teams on compliance and security.
• Contribute to the overall security compliance posture.
• Collaborate with security and legal teams on compliance issues.
• Participate in security compliance assessments.
• Assist in providing responses to customer and vendor questionnaires.
• Facilitate training on security and compliance matters.

• Participate in developing training programs on data protection.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in security compliance.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS organization.
• Knowledge of compliance automation tooling and practices.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Ability to translate laws into operational procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience developing security controls.
• Relevant privacy and security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.
