Overview

The Senior Compliance Analyst assists in the implementation of Prime’s compliance programs and leads initiatives within their designated areas, partnering with key internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in legal or compliance roles in healthcare.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA.
• Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Advanced degree in a related field preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
