Senior Compliance Analyst - Remote

In Short

• Be the go-to compliance partner and serve as the key liaison between business units, audit teams, and second line of defense.
• Lead compliance testing by executing the First Line of Defense (FLOD) plan.
• Spot and solve risk areas through in-depth reviews and assessments.
• Guide teams through federal and state exams, internal audits, and testing processes.
• Analyze results and deliver impactful reports with recommendations.
• Collaborate on developing and rolling out compliance policies.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, audit, or operational risk & controls.
• In-depth knowledge of consumer lending laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
