Overview

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Enterprise Renewals Manager to join our dynamic Client Advisory Services team. This key individual contributor will play a vital role in maintaining market-leading retention rates and driving revenue growth.

In Short

  • Focus on subscription renewals and customer base expansion.
  • Assist with quoting, revising, reporting, and closing renewal opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic renewal plans.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with internal stakeholders.
  • Generate and deliver renewal quotes accurately and timely.
  • Manage coordination and execution of renewal documents.
  • Provide accurate rolling 180-day forecasts.
  • Gather customer insights and refine strategies for future renewals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth renewal processes.
  • Commitment to a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Enterprise SaaS renewals, sales, or customer success.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess contract terms and upsell opportunities.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of key SaaS metrics and revenue forecasting.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in documentation.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive team player.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is a plus.
