Overview

As an Inside Sales Rep at Auctane, you will drive user adoption of ShipStation for e-commerce shipping processing and automation, assisting merchants throughout the trial process and turning them into subscribers.

In Short

• Drive user adoption of ShipStation.
• Assist merchants during the trial process.
• Make high volume phone calls to prospective users.
• Become a product expert and advocate for customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities.

• Work in a hybrid model based in Austin, TX.

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of SaaS sales experience.
• Track record of over-achieving sales goals.
• Strong telephone and personal demeanor.
• Effective listening and presentation skills.
• Organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to describe products and match advantages to customer needs.
• Must be bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish).
• Experience in eCommerce, transportation, or logistics preferred.
• Working knowledge of G-suite, Salesforce, and Salesloft.
