In Short

  • Own relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Guide customers through onboarding, integration, and renewals.
  • Build trusted partnerships and manage account health.
  • Collaborate to create strategic plans aligning solutions with business needs.
  • Lead regular customer meetings and quarterly business reviews.
  • Monitor customer usage and maintain visibility into the renewal pipeline.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements.
  • Identify trends and challenges within the Food & Beverage verticals.
  • Contribute to internal processes, playbooks, and training materials.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of account management or customer success experience.
  • Strong understanding of customer success techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or related CRM tools.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Knowledge of the Food & Beverage digital technology ecosystem is a plus.
