In Short

  • Design and execute Atmen’s sales strategy across segments and geographies.
  • Own the full customer funnel: from qualified lead to signed customer.
  • Define and refine ICPs, outreach messaging, and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with GTM objectives.
  • Qualify and close strategic deals in coordination with the CEO.
  • Build scalable processes: CRM hygiene, forecasting, reporting.
  • Act as voice of customer internally to inform product development.
  • Lay the foundation for future sales hires and team structure.
  • Represent Atmen at industry events and in key customer interactions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, BD, or GTM roles in SaaS, energy, or compliance-focused sectors.
  • A track record of closing high-value or complex deals.
  • Ability to design and influence sales processes.
  • Confidence in leading customer conversations with technical or C-level stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and empathy to understand a customer’s real pain points.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication in English.
  • A personal drive to contribute to climate solutions and industrial decarbonization.
