Overview

The Travel & Lifestyle Lead will set the standard for high-touch, luxury travel support at Atlas, handling complex travel requests and guiding associates to ensure exceptional member experiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in luxury travel or concierge services.
• Proven experience with complex travel itineraries.
• Strong knowledge of luxury hotels and global destinations.
• Exceptional communication skills under pressure.
• Highly organized with strong prioritization skills.
• Discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Familiarity with tools like Zendesk and Google Workspace.
• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience in mentoring or team leadership.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
