Overview

The Member Services Associate, Dining, is responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for Atlas cardholders across dining, reservations, and account servicing, acting as a direct point of contact for members.

In Short

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Atlas members regarding dining and account-related requests.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications via Zendesk, Slack, Gmail, and Core Credit systems.
• Coordinate reservations, dining experiences, and special requests.
• Troubleshoot member account questions and billing concerns.
• Collaborate with credit operations and lifestyle teams.
• Track and manage service requests efficiently.

Requirements

• 3+ years of client service or relationship management experience in luxury dining or hospitality.
• Background in Customer Service or Concierge Services with a Dining focus.
• Exceptional track record of delivering VIP-level service.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Creative problem-solver with a solutions-first mindset.
• Strong communication skills with clarity and empathy.
• Genuine passion for dining and member service.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Comfortable using tools like Zendesk and Google Workspace.
