Overview

Pathfinder Recovery is seeking a Certified Recovery Coach / Peer Support Specialist to provide guidance and support to clients in their recovery journey, primarily in a remote setting with occasional in-person community engagement.

Requirements

• Certification as CRC, PRSS, CPRSS, ICPRC, or RCPRC.
• Must reside in Vermont.
• Personal experience in recovery.
• Strong communication skills in remote and in-person settings.
• Comfort with technology and telehealth platforms.
• Self-motivated and organized.
