Pathfinder Recovery is seeking a Certified Recovery Coach / Peer Support Specialist to join their team in a remote role with periodic in-person community engagement, helping clients navigate recovery challenges.

• Provide one-on-one peer support and recovery coaching via digital platforms.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to standards.

• Participate in local outreach and recovery networks several times per year.

• Collaborate with clinicians for a coordinated recovery approach.

Requirements

• RSS, CPRS, CPSRP, or CCAR Certification (Required).
• Must reside in Connecticut.
• Personal recovery experience with empathetic support skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfort with telehealth and electronic medical records.
• Self-motivated and organized with a flexible schedule.
