As Head of GTM Systems, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing a world-class GTM tech stack that powers a category leader in the Data & AI Governance space.

• Own and optimize Atlan’s GTM tech stack.
• Evaluate, implement, and manage new AI-driven GTM tools.
• Redesign processes with emerging technologies.

Requirements

• You are a 10x operator obsessed with building efficient GTM processes.
• You thrive in ambiguity and love solving complex problems.
• You have deep expertise in SFDC and GTM process design.
• You’re a hands-on builder who enjoys experimenting and iterating.
• You have experience managing GTM tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, HubSpot, and others.
• You understand data governance and analytics.
• You’re a proactive communicator and cross-functional leader.
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus.
