Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Virtual Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a Chamber of Commerce (non-profit) with email management, scheduling, and administrative tasks.

In Short

  • Support the CEO with email management and administrative tasks.
  • Organize and prioritize a high-volume email inbox.
  • Draft and send professional email replies.
  • Manage and update the executive’s calendar.
  • Schedule meetings with board members and stakeholders.
  • File and organize important documents and receipts.
  • Maintain digital filing systems for easy access.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
  • 3–4+ years of experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe products is necessary.

Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Friendly and professional personality.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with Pacific Time Zone for required overlap.
