Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to support multiple departments with a focus on client relations and accounts receivable.

In Short

  • Manage client communications professionally and promptly.
  • Handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, payment follow-ups and reconciliations.
  • Support coordination across multiple departments: Sales and Client Billing.
  • Work closely with the accountant to ensure accurate financial records and smooth AR processes.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, email management and Google Workspace tools.
  • Maintain organised records and ensure timely reporting as required by department heads.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in client relations and customer service required.
  • Experience in accounts receivable is highly desirable.
  • Candidates with an accounting or AR background who can work closely with the accountant.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional communication skills and attention to detail.
