Customer Success & Automations Virtual Assistant - Remote

Overview

The Customer Success & Automations Virtual Assistant will be responsible for onboarding clients, maintaining client automations, and facilitating live sessions to ensure client success.

In Short

• Be the operational partner to the Senior Manager of Coaching.
• Set up client accounts, templates, and automations.
• Host live Zoom sessions for client demos and troubleshooting.
• Track client milestones and health metrics.
• Implement and update email sequences and automations.
• Document SOPs and maintain records across systems.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Coaching.
• Capture client feedback and propose improvements.
• Must have client-facing confidence and strong organization skills.
• Work during ET hours.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer success or onboarding for SaaS or services.
• Comfortable with marketing/sales automation tools.
• Strong organizational skills and dependable execution.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM basics, Slack, and Google Workspace is a plus.
• Experience in supporting coaching or education customers is beneficial.
