Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Success Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will support the Customer Success Manager with tasks related to managing renewals and handling existing customer accounts.

In Short

• Assist with renewals and manage customer accounts.
• Prepare and generate quotes using Dynamics.
• Support existing customers with inquiries and issues.
• Assist in scheduling calls and coordinating with the support team.
• Help generate and send license keys for subscription renewals.
• Collaborate with the support team to identify customer issues.
• Manage sales orders and support cases.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in English (C1 level).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service or sales support is preferred.
• Customer-centric mindset.
