Overview

We’re a small, high-end custom coatings business serving premium architects, designers, and luxury projects. We’re hiring a part-time Virtual Assistant (VA) to support daily customer service operations and core administrative execution—with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and comfort working across integrated systems.

In Short

  • Part-time position (approx. 20 hours/week) with potential for expansion.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
  • Manage CRM tasks and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in customer service and administrative support.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce operations preferred.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple integrated tools with high accuracy.
  • Strong written communication and professional phone presence.
  • Proactive in spotting gaps and addressing them.
  • Reliable and process-driven work ethic.
  • Comfort with Shopify and UPS workflows is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of QuickBooks is helpful but not essential.
  • Ability to follow templates and think independently.
