Overview

The Product & Customer Learning Consultant role is accountable for delivering instructional, operational, product and customer-based training programs to internal team members, clients and their suppliers.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Adult Education or related field.
• Experience in designing and delivering learning solutions in a corporate B2B setting.
• Experience with content authoring tools and LMS systems.
• Proficiency with AI tools for content generation.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Superb interpersonal skills for cross-functional relationships.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to drive learning solutions in a fast-paced environment.
