The Manager, Product & Customer Learning is responsible for leading and delivering innovative learning solutions that align with the company’s strategic goals and operational needs.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Product & Customer Learning team.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in designing and implementing learning solutions.
Proven experience leading teams and managing complex projects.
Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Familiarity with learning management systems.
