General Manager - Core Payments & FX - Remote

Overview

As the General Manager for Payments & FX, you will own this product’s P&L and drive a cross-functional team to further develop the product and drive its adoption across all markets where we operate.

In Short

• Co-define the long term vision for Aspire’s Core Payment products.
• Define the Product Roadmap and GTM strategy.
• Drive all stakeholders to execute on the product vision.
• Work closely with local teams to refine GTM strategies.
• Hire and grow talents needed for execution.
• 8+ years of product experience in a technology-driven environment.
• 4+ years of experience building and running Payment products.
• Proven expertise in P&L ownership across global markets.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Start-up founder or entrepreneurial experience preferred.
• Previous experience as a General Manager / CEO preferred.
• International work experience in US, Europe, Asia preferred.
• Strategy consulting background at a top-tier firm preferred.
• Alumni of a top-tier university globally preferred.
