Director, Field Reimbursement - Remote

Overview

The Director, Field Reimbursement will be responsible for driving market development and serving as the subject matter expert within the Patient Access specialty area, developing and implementing reimbursement strategies and programs.

In Short

• Lead overall function of Field Reimbursement for client programs.
• Develop reimbursement strategies to obtain coverage and payment from payers.
• Provide reimbursement-related advice to various teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years in commercial life sciences or related industry.
• 5+ years leading field and virtual reimbursement teams.
• Strong knowledge of payer reimbursement models.
• Proven experience in building and managing reimbursement teams.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Passionate about learning and sharing knowledge.
• Experience with compliance in healthcare programs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
