Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience or Master’s with 8+ years.
• 7+ years of market access experience in healthcare.
• Knowledge of payer segments (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid).
• Strong presentation skills.
• Experience in marketing/sales is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lead without authority.
• Experience in payer policy review.
• Willingness to travel as required.
