Overview

ASC is looking for an accountable and capable Regional Sales Manager to lead its Southeast Sales Team, primarily covering LA, AR, TN, MS, AL, N Carolina, S. Carolina, GA, FL.

In Short

• Lead the Southeast Sales Team for ASC Mechanical products.
• Manage 3rd party representatives to exceed growth revenue targets.
• Develop and execute growth plans for the assigned territory.
• Understand Strategic Value Selling and drive growth year over year.
• Collaborate with other channels to identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Coach and develop Mechanical Specialists under direct leadership.
• Participate in SIOP process for accurate forecasting.
• Support overall ASC selling initiatives and new product rollouts.
• Manage teams’ Travel & Entertainment budget efficiently.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of outside sales experience.
• Direct people management experience.
• Strong business acumen and negotiation capabilities.
• Deep understanding of financial decisions impacting margin.
• High energy and accountability.
