Overview

ASC Engineered Solutions is looking for a National Account Manager (NAM) who will manage a defined portfolio of National Fire Distribution Accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for our Fire team.

In Short

  • Serve as the main liaison between ASC Engineered Solutions and assigned fire distributors.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each distributor's business model and growth opportunities.
  • Own Customer Data Files and collaborate internally for timely requests.
  • Design and implement customized growth strategies for distributors.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas of improvement.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure distributor needs are met.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and provide strategic guidance.
  • Forecast sales and track progress against growth targets.
  • Resolve issues proactively to maintain strong relationships.
  • Support the Director of National Accounts in daily activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in distribution management and sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales forecasting systems.
  • Willingness to travel as required, estimated at 75%.
