Legal Intern - Remote

Overview

As You Sow is seeking motivated and detail-oriented law students to support our work advancing environmental and social corporate responsibility through shareholder representation and litigation.

In Short

• Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate governance and shareholder rights.
• Draft memoranda, reports, and supporting materials for shareholder representation efforts.
• Assist in the development of shareholder proposals and related legal arguments.
• Track regulatory and legislative developments relevant to corporate responsibility.
• Assist in litigation strategy and case development.
• Current law student (1L, 2L, or 3L) required.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills needed.
• Interest in corporate governance, securities law, or environmental law preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Internship available for Fall, Spring, or Summer terms.

• Demonstrated commitment to environmental and social issues preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
